Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 2 to 3 working days. However, please allow up to 5 working days. Once your order is dispatched we will send you an email notification to confirm dispatch.

We use Royal Mail 24 (£3.49 or Free with orders over £25) and DPD Next Day (£5.99) for most deliveries and you can specify your preference at checkout. Royal Mail 24 is a partially tracked service, tracking dispatch and all attempted deliveries. DPD Local is a fully tracked service and you will receive separate notifications from DPD about the status of your parcel and the option to choose a different delivery day or a safe space. 

Both Royal Mail 24 and DPD Local are Next Day services. However, in reality this is often 2 working days (1 to collect the parcel and 1 to deliver). Customers in Highlands and Islands should allow an additional working day. 

We reserve the right to change the delivery service if we feel a better solution for your delivery can be provided, or if we are experiencing problems with our usual carriers. 

We do not currently offer a collection service for local customers, but we hope to do so soon. If you are local to us you are welcome to give us a call and we may be able to arrange a personal delivery for a small charge if you need an order urgently.
