Refund policy

IMPORTANT Please contact us before shipping any returns as we will provide clear instructions on how to do so.

If you are unhappy with your goods in any way please get in touch at hello@mikeysdogtreats.co.uk or via our Freephone number 0800 246 1186 and we will do our best to resolve any problems there and then.

If you order is incorrect or faulty we may ask you to return the goods for inspection. You will need to notify us of any problems within 7 days of receipt and return the goods within 14 days of notification. Subject to their safe arrival we will refund you in full.

Responsibility for the cost of the return postage and packaging will depend on the circumstances of the return.

This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the laws of England and Wales.
